The book “Snatched Up to Heaven“ is about the dreams of two young girls who spend a weekend with God and Jesus and about their interpretations of heaven and hell.
The dreams are depicted in detail and the description of the children is maintained. It is fascinating in which detail they report their dream, so that it sometimes seems unbelievable.
The intention of the author is that the reader can creat for himself a picture of the dreams of her daughters and thus come to the “true“ end of the afterlife. The book gives a fresh insight into the portrayal of the afterlife and it is easy to read and understand through the many comparisons to the Bible.
However, it only conveys a very one-sided view of the Bible and the afterlife. On some points I have to strongly disagree, as I do not believe that there is only one faith and that there is a wrong way of believing in God and Jesus. Moreover, I do not believe that homosexuals do not go to heaven or that Halloween is a “harmful“ day.
I would recommend the book to anyone who has similar views of heaven and hell or who wants to learn about the afterlife from a Biblical perspective.
