'Phobia Relief' by Kalliope Barlis is a step-by-step guide on how to overcome fears and phobias that are illogical using simple methods. The author provided a deep insight into what phobias are and how they can be controlled. She used several real-life examples to support her claim that how a person thinks greatly affects the way they see their threat, leading to the possibility of letting go of the fear. She has provided a detailed explanation and steps on how to change the way you think so that what you 'think' is a potential threat is not as bad. The author also shared parts of her client's experiences about how she overcame her fears.

As a skittish person who has gotten scared easily since childhood, I found this book very informative and insightful. It made me go into deeper thought and think about why I fear what I fear. Also, the number of exercises the author has given has helped me with it as well.

This book is a remarkable work of literature, and I admire its writing style, which is simple and straightforward, making it easier for the reader to understand. I also admire the complete absence of profanity in the entire book. Although I don't think this book is relatable to many, I surely recommend it to those who are facing illogical phobias that they want to deal with. It will definitely make you think from a different point of view.

This book is professionally edited, and I do not find anything that I particularly dislike about it, except for some of the chapters that seemed out of phase and also the tiny PDF format. Overall, this book is well written, but there is a little more room for improvement. For this reason alone, I give this book a 3 out of 4 rating.

Thanks so much for this information. Well detailed review. I found it helpful and I'll have to read it. Good job. Our thoughts contribute to this phobia of a thing. When out thoughts could be controlled then, what gives stress will also be controlled.
