The Beautiful Business by Steven Morris is a wonderful book for everyone who is doing business or those who are planning to do business. It is a must-read for students of business administration & entrepreneurship as well. I give this book a 5-star rating because I enjoyed reading the book & being a solopreneur it helped me a lot. I will definitely use the knowledge gained by reading this book while taking important decisions & expanding my business. The book gave me a wake-up call that I do not need to invest in my business only, but in myself for my personal growth. Now I'm on a path to becoming a self-aware & evolved businesswoman. I will keep on reading this book again and again as I found a treasure of knowledge in this book which does not end if you read it once only. Every time someone reads this, he/she gets something new.
The book is like a Bible for business leaders. It explains how a leader should be, and how to run a business beautifully. It focuses on creating value & building more meaning for the business. It's a thought-provoking guide for people in business. Business is not just for earning profit but to add value to society. The book offers a completely new take on creating a business. It encourages the reader in every possible way to accept the challenges & evolve. The writer, Steven Morris points out the hurdles a business will face without vital elements like self-awareness, values, vision, integrity & belief system. The book is a remarkable reminder of what actually matters in a business.
This is the exemplary book that I've read on this subject.
I would recommend this to business leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and also to students of business administration. This is the book you all need. There is no other business book as beautiful as this is.
