Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Many people desire to have perfect health, but they fail to overcome or be relieved of stress and anxiety, which they face almost daily. Both stress and anxiety are very detrimental to good health. However, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress, written by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A., emphasizes the need, importance, and methods of naturally dealing with stress, anxiety, and fear.
As humans, stress is inevitable in our day-to-day lives filled with activities. Despite being inevitable, it can be managed properly, and this book serves as a guide that extensively teaches about anxiety and stress: their causes, signs, symptoms, and adverse effects. It also teaches readers how to naturally combat stress and anxiety through nutrition, emotional therapies, meditation, and physical exercise. Read this book to learn more about stress and anxiety.
There are many things I like about this book, especially as someone who experiences stress and, more significantly, anxiety. Firstly, I appreciate how detailed this book is. Beginning from the definition of stress and anxiety to their causes, signs, effects, and remedies, it shows that the authors conducted thorough research before writing this book. This book contains vital information that will be beneficial to everyone. Secondly, I admire the structural organization and writing style employed by the authors. The table of contents, practical methods, clear headings, and summary at the end of the book make it easy to read and understand.
However, there were some medical terms used in this book that younger readers or people not in the medical field wouldn't be able to comprehend. Nevertheless, I didn't dislike this aspect, or, anything at all, as I found the terms necessary and relevant to conveying the message of the book. I found this book very impactful, educative, and a must-read for everyone. Based on the aforementioned positive aspects, I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I would also like to mention that this book was professionally well-edited, as I found no errors while reading it.
I highly recommend Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress to everyone battling or experiencing stress or anxiety. Medical students and doctors will also find this book very helpful. Young readers can read this book, although they might need assistance to understand the medical terms used.
