"A Dream For Peace" by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is a great account of a political activist's journey, particularly in Algeria, Africa, and the Arab world. It's not your conventional "rags to riches" tale; instead, it's a remarkable biography of a remarkable man who merely longs for peace. Because of his covert objective, readers will observe that Dr. Ghoulem Berrah appears to never sleep throughout this book. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah was born in Algeria when that nation was still controlled by France. Since he was little, he had been a superb student. His nationalistic quest blew up when he attended a university in France due to the overt racism there.

The pictures included in the book were well used. I could visualize the events described in the book because of the pictures. Berrah encountered several challenges, yet he didn't give up. He met eminent personalities as a result of his quest for freedom. Throughout this time, the author met a number of ladies. The romance between Titi and Ghoulem is discussed throughout the novel. I think the author is an activist who works to advance the interests of his people. The book's epilogue was enjoyable to read. I am happy that the author completed his task on earth before his passing.

For a number of reasons, I really liked reading this book. First of all, the writing and narrative of the author were engrossing and thorough, which made it simple for me to relate to the information being delivered without any trouble in understanding. Second, the book gave me insights into the history of Algeria and valuable information about other African nations, including Morocco and Côte d'Ivoire. Last but not least, the life of the book's subject, Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, was motivational. In addition to excelling as a political diplomat, he also showed intelligence, effort, perseverance, diligence, and ingenuity, laying the road for scientific achievements. There was nothing I disliked about this book; it was flawlessly edited, and there were no typographical errors.

I give this book a maximum rating of 5 out of 5 because I became knowledgeable about the benefits of perseverance, diligence, and persistence, and I also got to learn about Algeria. I recommend this book to readers who want to know more about Algeria.
