I want to term this book "Seeking...Finding...Healing..." by Becky Lu Jackson, a tool for ultimate healing with your inner self and finding peace. Without hesitation, I jumped into reading this book because I've enjoyed books on mental healing, and I read a lot of them. I was amazed by the distinct strategy of "inner-family meditation" the author has come up with, unlike I've read anywhere before, and she discusses it step-by-step throughout the book.

She wrote from her point of view, where she suffered and fought an eating addiction and chemical dependency. She outlined her writing and meditation exercises, which helped her gain wisdom and strength to deal with this traumatic experience. She shared stories of her struggles and how she used these strategies to overcome them and find motivation for life and extraordinary self-love and peace.

Surfing through the pages and chapters, I could easily follow up on the meditation activities and processes for connecting with my inner self. I found her tips in the book for accepting my physical state handy.

I commend her choice of words, as I felt encouraged, motivated, and cared for throughout the book. What better way to resonate with someone in need of healing and self-love?

I enjoyed and felt the purpose of the book. I could barely pinpoint any downside to it except that it has minimal grammatical errors, which are negligible, and I thought it was too much from a feminine viewpoint. Perhaps the combination of a masculine and feminine touch and approach will work even better. On a rating scale of 1-5 stars, I'd rate the book 4 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to anyone that has faced traumatic and challenging experiences in the past and lacks self-love and confidence. And to anyone who needs to make peace with their inner selves and ascertain unwavering mental comfort.
