Starting a business is good, but managing the business is another thing altogether. This book, "Surviving the Business of Healthcare," by Barbara Galutia Regis, PA-C, is an interesting book that teaches readers the best way to understand and run their healthcare system and also gives readers the information to make better healthcare decisions.

The book starts with the story of the author, who revealed how she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called amelanotic nodular melanoma despite being a primary care provider. She discussed her story in detail and was also thankful to her husband, Tony, and her melanoma team, who are helpful to her in one way or another. The author also revealed how she followed in the footsteps of her father and grandfather in becoming a physician and also learned a lot from them. The author reveals that she enjoyed being a primary care provider because she provides care to people and also has a specialization in preventative medicine. The author provides a list of opportunities in the field of healthcare and also explains each one thoroughly. The author also talks about emergency plans, health care insurance, the role of pharmacy benefit managers, money saving, and a lot more topics covered in this amazing book. Grab a copy of this book to find out more.

First of all, I most appreciate the author's use of story in almost every topic of this book to further explain her view. This book is very educational and will also serve as a source of motivation for many readers because of the story of the author and some other stories in the book. The book was also flawlessly edited and can be comprehended by people who are not in the field of healthcare. I rate this book five stars out of five because it was very educational and will also help many other people understand and survive the healthcare system. I found no errors while reading this book.

I found nothing to dislike in this book because it was well-written and exceptionally edited. I thank the author for this book because it will serve as an eye-opener for many individuals.

I recommend this book to all families. I also recommend this book to everybody who is in the health sector and to those who are about to enter the field.
