This is of a course a step-by-step guide to visualisation and is laid out in such a way that anyone who wants to engage in visualisation can do, it is incredibly practical and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this book. It gets straight to the point and is well written. It isn’t a complicated read but I do feel that there is the risk of alienating potential consumers as many of the experiences described in the book are from a first hand perspective or the perspective of a family member. There needs to be more diversity in the book in terms of the case studies and I think it needs to become more ‘serious’ in terms of how it is describing things and to encourage varying markets of people to read it. At the moment this is a basic, astrology-like fantasy dreamworld type book and that isn’t what it is and I don’t think that it is what it is trying to be. The writer has the ability to draw you in and guide people effortlessly into purpose but has dressed the book up to look like and at time sound like psycho babble. The book is average, I would recommend it, it’s the type of book you read when you don’t have the energy to think. 3 out of 5
