Natural Relief For Anxiety And Stress  by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., is a practical guide that empowers us to have good health. It is a book that teaches about some important aspects of our lives.

Have you been battling with some health issues that could lead to the intake of different medications, or have you been going through some restless situations, feeling nervous and afraid of many things that could cause depression? Now, this book is for you! This book centers on natural ways of relieving stress and putting your mind at ease instead of using medications. Most times, these medications can be addictive and dangerous to one's health. The author of this book also went further to write about the types of food to be taken for the improvement of our internal organs. Our diet matters. Some of the foods we take into our bodies can badly affect our systems. We need to be conscious of that. This book will guide you on how to face some health challenges.

This book is a very good one. I will say it's a book of impact because it gives us new ideas about things that we don't know for a better life. I was impressed with the fact that the author had to bring in some aspect of technology into his writing. The world is advancing, and almost everything is going into technology. The idea behind this technology-based therapy's teaching is awesome. I love the way the author gives examples of his teachings for a better understanding of what he is trying to communicate. Because when you don't explain your write-up, you might leave the reader in the middle of nowhere. In as much as the author wrote about the advantages of his natural remedies, he also wrote about the disadvantages to avoid the misuse of the substance by the patient. This made the book more balanced. The setting of the book was great. The book was properly edited.

There is nothing I disliked about the book.

I would give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because of the useful information it is passing along. I recommend this book to everyone, both young and old.
