Surviving the Business of Healthcare by Barbara Galutia Regis PA-C, is a guideline on how people should start investing in their health. This book tackles all the things that people should know about healthcare issues when it comes to hospitals, different health insurance companies, and how all this works. These instructions will help people gain knowledge and survive the harsh reality of this type of system.

What I liked about the book was when the author included her side of the story. She makes sure that the guides she gives are relatable to the reader and something that they also experience. I also admire the passion that she and her family have for helping people in need, even though sometimes they need to sacrifice their own time. Moreover, I liked the fact that the author included numbers and laws that sometimes people are not aware of.

What I don’t like about the book is when the author filters out the names of the companies, especially those in healthcare services. I think that's kind of unfair to the readers, who don’t have much knowledge about any healthcare providers. But other than that, the book itself is very helpful to everyone.

I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because it is exceptionally edited and I didn’t notice a mistake. I commend the author’s writing; it is very simple, easy to read, and very relatable. Also, I liked the way that the writer is not afraid to voice out her convictions in a way that will also make you think.

I will recommend this book to adults, especially to those who want or have already invested in their health and quality of life. They would gain a lot of knowledge from this, which will help them understand how the healthcare system really works.
