Very impressive read to help encourage oneself for to be able to overcome the things that hold us back as individuals and help us to thrive to become the best version of yourself. Bill Murphy's account of overcoming a troubled childhood to become a 4 time Boston Marathon runner as,well numerous other endeavors, gives a rat of hope for those who are struggling to find a,way to become the best version of themselves. Murphy proves that hard work and a bold take on training your mentality can help you to achieve any goal you set. His story os so aww inspired that it really made me think about my own childhood and that has held me back for so long. Murphy's book provides exercises to do that will help you to dive into what the core issues you need to work on and how by following his easy steps can set you free. His take on being a entrprenuer at a very young age to competing in marathons and he was older. A true family man who wanted to be greater for his children than his father was to him. Abused and belittled by his father only fueled his desire for greatness. He set goals for himself and accomplished them through hard work and dedication. He even finished a 26.2 mile race on crutches.I gave this book 4 out 5 stars. It's very good but sometimes bounces around a little.
