This book is good for a population with access to life coaches, training coaches, teachers, etc. If you can not afford this things, this book is not for you. I feel some of the book's basics could be hard for some. There are no options given to the reader if the reader's situation is different than the writer's.

While the author repeatedly refers to his humble upbringing, he forgets he is now in a position to better himself because he has money. Money and the ability to hire people to teach and push him is key to his personal success.

He does make some good points/concepts like junk miles, htting empty, legacy building and gratitude. The questions asked within the paragraphs and separate exercises could be very helpful.

This book would be a good first step in making life changes, especially if you come from a fitness background. It makes the author's examples easier to relate to.
