Purpose. What is your purpose?

"Purpose" is a nonfiction book by CEO of Mighty Networks Gina Bianchini that explores a variety of sub-topics, with the main one being the importance of finding your purpose (or purposes), how to actually find your purpose in life, and how technology can help us in this field. The author shares her own journey and experiences in a personal and engaging way, including the ups and downs of starting a business, which can be very inspiring and helpful for anyone considering an entrepreneurial path. She also talks about self love, self care, and how tight-knit communities are linked to finding our purpose. I gave it a 3/5 because it was a bit repetitive and, because of that, didn't really catch my attention that much. On the other hand, I have to put in a good word for this book because it didn't just give the reader generic advice; I have to say it provided really down to earth and practical examples. I have to praise the great editing as well, since it didn't have a single typo and the formatting (especially the division into small chapters) made it easy to read. What I appreciated a lot was the way Bianchini gave templates and sample questions and asked the reader questions; she even went the extra mile by giving us some examples of future stories "stolen" from members of her own self built community. Overall, I think it's a fair book to read, and a glimmer of light if you're looking for guidance on how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life and, while you're at it, learn something about business and personal development.

"People often lose sight of what's important in life, but focusing on purpose and creating something meaningful can help put things into perspective". – Gina Bianchini in "Purpose"
