At first I thought it's another book inspired by Sir Ken Robinson, but I was pleasantly surprised that it's a great take on building online communities while also descovering and defining your purpose.
I will definitely follow the practical work as described in the chapters dedicated to it.
Another aspect I enjoyed was the personal tone of the text. I felt like I am participating in a live session training, with the practical parts and (my favorite) the personal examples from different people's experiences.
I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a way to define their purpose and/or want to be community leaders.
I rated this book 4 out of 5 stars only because the description mentioned "one of the best books ever" for the 5 stars rating, and I can't determine that it is indeed, at least not in my personal reading experience. It certainly moves towards 4.5, with the practical exercises that it contains, but it must pass the test of time for the 5-star rating to be achieved.
