Purpose: Design a Community & Change Your Life---A Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Your Purpose and Making It Matter by Gina Bianchini

In this book Gina Bianchini explains what a purpose is, the fact that you can have many and not only one, how to find it, and the ways to improve it through a community and also what is very innovative, doing it through technology and the results of it can be very interesting and rewarding according her.

Starting to explain us with her own story, the author tells us about how lovely it was to grow up within a community that has common interests.
Gina says that a community could mean more than we can imagine, like she explains: “Community is an amazing thing. It can be a source of great joy and curiosity in normal times and, in the darkest moments of grief, the most comforting. “
That is very valuable information that might change the way we currently see a community and understand how important it can be on the internet and in the real world.

Also through a story of how social media and technology was developed, explains how it had a big impact in everyone's lives and still does.
She tells us how incredibly easy it is to use social media for gathering many types of random groups with many different topics in common and making connections that can improve people's lives by helping each other.
Connections are significant to help you to develop your purpose, helping others help us to grow.

The steps that the book gives us to help us find and crystallize our purpose and how to build and find our community etc… are quite clear and have very cool examples, you won't find it boring or hard to understand so it will be easy for you to follow them if that is what you want.

It is to me, a 4 stars out of 5 because, despite that it’s a great book very easy to follow and contains very interesting information in some parts it could cut to the chase. I recommend it because it gives another point of view of communities and makes you realize that “purpose” might not be what you always thought and the way to reach it could be completely different to what you thought before.
