As we all go on with our daily activities, we experience stress at the end or during the day. Stress is a normal thing in life, but how we manage it matters. Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, is an eye-opener for how to manage and relieve stress and anxiety. It is an enjoyable and informative book that is focused on natural, herbal, psychological, social, and treatments for stress, anxiety, and related conditions. This book provides information on several anxiety disorders. The author listed symptoms of stress and anxiety such as neck pain, shoulder pain, dry mouth, shaking, and the natural solution for them. From this book, I learned that deep breathing and massage are great cures for anxiety and stress.

For people who have phobias and panic attacks, this is a must-read. The author explicitly explained natural ways to approach and handle different phobias and panic attacks without having to take any medication. According to the book, it is better to go natural, as taking pills can get one addicted. This book also talked about fear and ways to overcome it. The author went on to list natural herbal remedies that can help with insomnia and stress. Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, provides information on the source and practical intent of stress and anxiety. It also expounds on the social factors contributing to the formation of anxiety disorders and lots more.

This book is a very interesting read that had me turning pages until its final page. This book was professionally edited and very educational; based on that, I would rate it five out of five stars.

I disliked nothing about the book, as I gained lots of helpful and educational information from it. I recommend this book to everyone, as it isn't one anyone should miss. This is a captivating read that will resonate in the minds of the readers long after reading it.
