Have you often wondered what to do next in life, how to make things meaningful? Or how to find and connect with friends with similar interests? I have and would think about this right before I went to sleep. Then I would tell myself I have no idea where to begin or what to do. The book Purpose by Gina Bianchini helps answer these questions and turns them into reality. This book is a guide to helping people reach their full potential and helps navigate the ups and downs while you reach out to find your community members.

The book was split up into three different parts to help navigate the process of taking your dream world and turning it into a safe space where others could join. The first part explains what is purpose and why it is so important. The second part is starting to turn this thought into action and the third is how to reach out to people to create a community. The author did a great job explaining how purpose can affect people’s lives and every single one of us can change the world if we want to. The part I enjoyed most about this book was she taught her readers how to use the digital world as a building block to reach their targeted audience.

There was very little negative about this book. It did get a bit long in part 2 with the examples from people that have gone through the steps. The excerpts also explained what their purpose was. While I was reading the stories, they did not seem very important at the time. In part 3 and in the conclusion, though, all the examples tied back into the original three-part plan and I had the metaphorical light bulb turn on.

I give this book a 4 out of 5 stars. I was surprised at how the book motivated me to reflect on my own life goals and purpose. I could take what she wrote and apply it to my dreams. With the author's guidance, a reader could see where to make improvements and what they would have to do to build a community as well.

This is a great book for people who need or want to connect with others who have the same goals in life. They have a step-by-step process at their fingertips that can help them grow and more importantly grow together. I think this book will enrich the younger generations that are technologically savvy and use social media to come together and make changes. I also believe this book can help people start to, at the very least, have a meaningful conversation with their neighbor, friend, or love ones about ideas, dreams, and a new and better world.
