She vividly portrays her deep bond with her biological father, who happened to be a compassionate medical professional dedicated to serving people in need. Inspired by her father's noble endeavors, she followed in his footsteps as she matured. The author's commendable efforts guide readers toward maintaining their well-being and offer valuable advice on accessing the most suitable medical support available to them.
Through her extensive experience with numerous patients and a wide range of situations, her profound expertise shines through in this book. The assurance she exudes is derived from her comprehensive understanding of healthcare, allowing her to offer the best advice and insights. One compelling aspect of her expertise is her ability to guide patients on how to save money through rebates, a testament to her firsthand experience witnessing the financial challenges faced by individuals seeking medical care. Moreover, her perspectives as both a care provider and a patient herself (having once battled carcinoma despite her medical background) lend even more credibility to her views.

The sudden transition not only caught me off guard but also disrupted the flow of information, leaving me feeling frustrated and disconnected from the intended purpose of the content. This won't affect the rating of this book, though.
I would give this book, Surviving the Business of Healthcare by Barbara Galutia Regis, a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The book has just two errors, which shows it was professionally edited. I highly recommend this book to both healthcare professionals and patients alike.
