Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. and Alexandra Gold is a self-help guide that provides readers with the remedies with which we can reduce stress and manage anxiety, knowing fully well that stress occurs when carrying out our day-to-day activities, and anxiety is mostly caused by fear, but it could also be as a result of trauma or phobia.
The authors wrote about the negative effects of stress and anxiety, which include illness, mental breakdown, and weakness, advising readers that they should try to reduce stress by every means and that once they see the symptoms of stress, which include body pains, head aches, and tiredness, they should endeavor to treat this in natural ways. They provided natural ways in which one can treat this, stating that synthetic drugs do not offer total solutions but only help to manage the situation. I advise you to get a copy of the book to learn more about stress and anxiety.
A lot of people are ignorant of the causes and symptoms, as well as the negative effects stress and anxiety have on our lives. The authors are offering advice to readers about how they can care for their health. I found a lot of positive aspects and learned a lot about the subject. I enjoy reading educational books, and I wasn’t disappointed after reading the book because the author met my expectations. I like how the authors provided an excellent solution for dealing with stress and anxiety. I also love the author's writing style and communication skills because they make reading a worthwhile experience. Thanks to the authors for providing a grocery shopping list, which I believe is important to guide us through our healthy life journey.
In all sincerity, the book was written without fault, so I couldn’t find any negative aspects in the book. I didn’t dislike anything, and I must applaud the author for his efforts in sorting relevant and vital information for the book because much of the information presented here is not easily obtained elsewhere. I found the book easy to read and comprehend because it wasn’t lengthy and was written in simple vocabulary words.
I’m rating this book five out of five stars. I gave it a perfect rating because I enjoyed every aspect of it. There were no errors in the book because it was exceptionally well edited. I suggest this book to those who love health-related books because they would benefit from this informative guide.
