There have been books about healthcare and the best ways to manage and live a healthy life, but this book, Surviving the Business of Healthcare written by Barbara Galutia Regis, PA-C, is an exception because it tends to guide readers through their journey into living a healthy life and the right choices they should make pertaining to healthcare.

The book contains advice and an instructional guide from the author, who is an expert in healthcare. Barbara is a healthcare provider who was born in Pennsylvania and has been in practice for over 20 years with in-depth knowledge about healthcare services that are beneficial to mankind. Barbara wrote about her family background, stating that healthcare was more like a family practice because she came from a family of healthcare providers, and her greatest inspiration was her father because of how diligent and devoted he was in carrying out his duty as a healthcare provider. Barbara’s main objective is to educate readers, which she did by providing information about health insurance and stating reasons that show the importance of health insurance, among others. To find out more about healthcare, get a copy of the book.

There are many positive aspects to this book. It is an informative book that contains vital information on health, and without a doubt, I would love to say that informative books that center on healthcare are my favorites because I love reading books that are beneficial to my healthy lifestyle. I love the author's writing style and how she delved into her family history, telling us about her family background. It made the book more interesting and engaging. I also appreciate the author for the wealth of useful information provided in the book. I’m glad I benefited from them, as she taught me about health insurance and why I should get one.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the book. I felt disappointed while reading about the way some healthcare providers try to profit from the ignorance of their clients. Notwithstanding, the book was written in concise words, which enables easy comprehension. I also liked her lessons about money-saving tips, as she informs readers of ways they can get proper and effective medication at a cheap cost.

I rate the book five out of five stars. It’s an exceptionally good self-help book with many positive aspects, so I believe it deserves a perfect rating. There were no errors in the book because it was exceptionally well edited. I recommend the book to fans of self-help and health-related books because they will have a worthwhile experience reading it.
