The successful business startup action guide by Husam S. AlSaleh is a wonderful work for new startup ventures. He is the deputy CEO of the Arabian Hala Group. He continued his higher executive education at London Business School, Harvard Business School, IMD, and the MISK 2030 Leaders Program.

The author is going through all the micro-areas while starting a new business. Giving famous authors like Rebecca Homkes reference books, which helped his own business. In this book, he discusses key aspects of starting a new business. He is explaining that he has learned more from his failures than his successes, and one of his goals in this book is to share what he's learned to hopefully equip you to avoid the same mistakes.

The language of the author is simple and can be easily understood by everyone. I like this book because it clearly explains everything about starting a business, like potential competitors' roles as advisors. He is also ready to help as an advisor, and he is sharing his calendar and LinkedIn. That is so impressive. In this book, he also suggests reading Michel Porter's (the founder of modern business strategy) articles. How a customer is valuable for the success of the business and the service given are also important. The author well explained an entrepreneur's relationship with employees and the things to remember while hiring or firing staff. Friends of the same thought are also helpful, and social life is very important for a person.

I would like to give it 5 out of 5 stars because the author really cares about start-ups and does not hesitate to mention his failures. He grew up as an entrepreneur; even his father, a businessman, worked as a sweeper for his own company. It was a valuable lesson that a wise entrepreneur learns as much as he can about what’s happening at all levels of the business, and for him, it was an opportunity to see how strategic thinking can depend on the ability to look at your business from top to bottom, identify problems, and learn how to respond effectively. There is nothing that I didn't like, and I am impressed with the way he presents. The book is flawlessly edited.

This book will be suited for people who wish to start a business but have no idea where to start or how it will work out. It's a guide for them, and the author is ready to help them as an advisor as well. I will recommend the book to anyone who is 20 years of age or older and has a taste for doing business.
