The Warrior's Meditation by Richard L. Haight is a self-help book about meditation methods and the process of meditating. There are different forms of meditation, but this book focuses on mindfulness meditation. It mainly focuses on breathing and is not different from the others since they focus on exclusive attention. There are meditation forms that require a lot of effort. The requirements include maintaining specific postures, closing eyes, hand gestures, and breathing in certain ways. Meditating turns your brainwave into alpha. The author describes meditating, focusing on the five bodily senses. Read the book and find more on vagal breathing concerning meditation.

First of all, I liked how educative the book was. It educates the readers on meditation by providing its basics and the procedures people take. The author talked about the history of meditation and how religious meditation relates to the one he was talking about. The meditation process of meditation was stepwise for each body sense, making it easier for readers to understand. The author even included the time duration required for each step. The author provided references for the information in the book. It provides a prove of research, making it trustworthy. Finally, I liked the links to videos for practice he provided in the book. The videos help people understand the process better; for instance, the video he provided showed vagal breathing.

I didn't find something dislikable in the book. The author shares his experiences of meditation and the process of meditating. It was easy to follow, and added videos to facilitate easy understanding; hence, nothing to dislike.

I rate The Warrior's Meditation by Richard L. Haight five out of five stars. It was exceptionally well-edited because I couldn't find errors. The book deserves a perfect rating because of its many positive aspects. It was educative, and the presentation was good since he described the meditation process stepwise. He included videos to help better understand and reference each source of information. It didn't have negative aspects.

I recommend the book to people who meditate and those wishing to start meditation. It would be helpful to them because it explains the different meditation processes. The author even included videos to help them master them.
