Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress is an informative book that advises readers on what to do to effectively manage stress and anxiety. This self-help was written by Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A., who provided a well-detailed guide about the natural ways in which we can overcome stress and manage anxiety.
The book covers a lot of healthy tips on how to manage stress, and Gustavo also made mention of some natural ways in which one can manage stress. There are negative aspects when we overlook important issues like this, and it could lead to weakness. Stress occurs when the body is worked out, and some symptoms of stress are headaches, body aches, overeating, and tiredness. This is normal, but we have to manage stress so as to avoid mental breakdowns or further effects that could emanate from stress and anxiety. Gustavo wrote on anxiety, and he made mention that anxiety often occurs as a result of one’s past experiences, which may be traumatic. I would advise you to pick up a copy of this informative book so you can learn more about stress and anxiety.
There are many positive aspects to this book. The author introduced readers to the book by giving a well-detailed definition of stress and anxiety. It was really a good way to begin a book because I’m certain a lot of people don’t know what stress and anxiety entail. They just have surface knowledge of the subject matter. I’m glad the authors made mention of the symptoms of stress and anxiety, and Gustavo also advises readers to avoid them because they are detrimental to our health. I love the part where the authors write about natural ways in which one can overcome stress because I never knew of this, and I do take synthetic drugs when I need to manage stress and anxiety, so I’m glad I learned about it.
The only negative aspect of the book is that I didn’t like the fact that the authors didn’t include more vegetarian options when they were talking about dieting or how to improve one’s diet. I also feel the remedies provided by the authors won’t apply in the same way to everyone, as everyone has different immune systems. Nevertheless, it was a well-written book, and I must commend the authors for this practical guide. I would love to rate the book five out of five stars. I gave it a perfect rating because of the positive aspects I mentioned above. I couldn’t deduct a star because the only negative aspect is a little observation, which I noted, and it doesn’t change my perception of the book.
The book was free of all forms of error because it was exceptionally well edited. I suggest this book to fans of self-help books and to those who love reading books about healthy living.
