Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, MD is one of the most intriguing books I have read.

Currently, anxiety and stress are the most significant psychological problems that a lot of people deal with. A lot of these people go through a stage of denial, refusing to acknowledge what is causing them pain and accepting and attempting to overcome their issues. The author has exceptionally explained anxiety and stress in great detail. The author has emphasized the issue of drug dependency. Drugs are not a long-term friend for a patient with anxiety and stress. Even if there is no drug dependency, the effects of the drug last only as long as you take them. As soon as you stop taking them, the symptoms start to return. As a result, the author has mentioned numerous effective home remedies and positive thinking, and accepting of emotions to combat anxiety and stress.

This book taught me a lot about anxiety, and stress, and how to cope with it on a personal level, accept it and overcome it. This is a pretty fantastic book, especially for anxious and agitated people so they can get a glimpse of what is going on and how to deal with it and conquer it. There was a time when I experienced anxiety, and as the author notes, overthinking, indigestion, insomnia and other conditions are linked to anxiety and stress, I can well relate to it. The exercises to conquer them, as well as the home treatments like nutrition-based cures and various sorts of therapy, have all been discussed by the author in such a straightforward manner for a better understanding of psychological difficulties. These days, a lot of us are so preoccupied with life that we don't recognize when we are suffering from any psychological problem until they get severe. Stress and anxiety can be harmful to our health and even contribute to some chronic illnesses.

This book was flawlessly edited, very thorough, and insightful, providing you with a wealth of knowledge. The author has truly created an incredible book. I couldn't find even one mistake.

Because the author has presented the book in such a simpler way that makes it easy to grasp and learn from it and everyone can read it. My understanding of stress and anxiety, especially regarding how to deal with psychological disorders, has significantly changed as a result of reading this book.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars because I couldn't find anything wrong with it. It is the best book about psychological issues that I have ever read. It kept me so engrossed that I couldn't put it down before finishing it. I advise everyone to read it because it is not just for those who are stressed, anxious, or depressed. It is for everyone to learn how to deal with psychological issues so that whenever they may need it for themselves or their friends or family, this knowledge would turn out to be very useful.
