My Dreams Come True by Ioan Dirina is about the author’s life and the images that he sees every time he sleeps. These dreams that people considered supernatural became reality. This novel is a compilation of some of the writer’s dreams and how they came true in real life.

What I like about the book is how the author was able to remember his dreams and compile what really happened. I am also amazed at how his dreams come true in both a direct and indirect way. Moreover, I like that the images he saw somehow helped him become ready for what might happen. On top of that, I admire the author’s emotional and mental capability; his dreams are sometimes hard to contain, but he handles it very well.

What I don’t like about the book is how it is written. It is just a pure compilation of what happened, and as the story goes on, it is quite tiring and boring to read.

I will rate this book 3 out of 5 stars, I didn’t notice a mistake, and it is exceptionally edited. But I didn’t like how it is written; it goes from the date he dreamed to the next day that it happens. However, I like that somehow it gives a glimpse of the author and other people’s experiences when they are in the middle of the war. And how sad it is that even though they didn’t want to train for the military again, they don’t have any choice but to do it for the sake of their country and countrymen.

I will recommend this book to anyone who likes to read about dreams that came true. They would definitely enjoy how we think a supernatural thing can become a reality. They could also acquire knowledge about the writer’s life as a person who lives when wars between countries are happening.
