Review of A Dream For Peace
In the historical novel A Dream for Peace, Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's life and contributions to Algeria's independence are discussed. He expresses gratitude to his mother for shaping him with love, surrounding him with prayers, and assisting him in developing into the man he was at the beginning of this book.
Dr. Ghoulem Berrah joined several groups to further the cause of Algerian independence. He spent years in medical school before being compelled to take law classes; this was done solely to motivate students and emphasize the significance of the independence struggle. He was apprehended by the French as he fled Bordeaux with Antoinette, who would later turn out to be his first wife. Were Antoinette and Ghoulem released? Read the book A Dream for Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah to find answers.
I adore this book because I greatly love the characters it features. First, the resilience of this group of young guys, whom the author adopted as brothers when he was a student. These were other young people whom Ghoulem Berrah had met while attending college and who had grown to be like brothers to him. Due to his agitation and participation in political rallies for Algeria's freedom, he had a difficult time adjusting to academic life. Consequently, this group of brothers did not desert him when the police detained him. He has received the necessary backing from them. This book's emphasis on words of shared faith is another outstanding quality adored.
I don't have anything to dislike about this book, even though the pages are long. But reading it was worthwhile because it taught me about the sacrifices made to free some nations from France's colonial grasp. I am appreciative of what I was able to learn from the book. I have chosen to rate this book 5 out of 5 stars since it was exceptionally well edited and precisely written.
Likewise, I would recommend it to anyone who likes historical fiction. Those who are interested in domestic and foreign events will find this book interesting.
