The book Let It Be by Thomas Grady is about the author's views on overcoming our current global issues like global warming, raising Co2 levels and pollution, and more with a legal Industrial Plant Hemp and Green Hydrogen. The author proposes his different theories on how to overcome the current global issues and make the world a better place to live. The basic solution in the book for everything is "Industrial Hemp" and everything revolves around this along with Cosmic Love. It also covers a vast variety of topics like the Agricultural Revolution, Cosmic Love, Politics, Propaganda of people with power, Oligarchy, Colonialism, Male Supremacy, Racism, Sexism, Voting rights, and more.
The book's positives are that it gives very good insight into Hemp and its different uses. I have personally go to know many facts about hemp and other historical incidents on how the oil dependency began. I loved chapters like Part-2, Chapter 7, and Chapter 8. The statistics and information provided are also very informative. The book also can influence people to be environmentally conscious and to take steps against raising environmental and societal concerns.
The negatives of the book are, at some point, it feels too opinionated rather than stating facts. Some of the concepts, the author provides can be a little ineffective like the American visionary's concept. I feel like it is the same as what's happening now and giving power again to people with money. Some concepts like putting the responsibility of global control totally on women feel unreasonable.
On a whole, I give the book a 4 out of 5. It is really a good and informative book for people who are interested in environmental wellness and science. But for the people who are looking for entertainment or for passing the time, this book may not sit well. The book is also well-written and easily understandable except for some scientific words which may require some research.
