Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
The best book I've read about healthy living is Natural Treatment for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, MA. Most people eat to satisfy their hunger without thinking about their health. Many different foods and their significance in stress relief were discussed in this book. This book also highlighted natural, nutrient-based, behavioral, and technological treatments for stress, depression, and anxiety.
About various all-natural remedies for easing anxiety's side effects, the book states that a good massage could lessen chest pain brought on by worry or sadness. Also, one of the greatest strategies to stop a panic attack is by regulating the heartbeat. When a person is feeling apprehensive, the "Magic Bullet" breathing technique might ease tension. Due to the intimate relationship between the circulatory and respiratory systems, this is conceivable. By controlling breathing, one can indirectly control heart rate and prevent panic episodes. The fact that the stomach's nasty bacteria are necessary for digestion, poor breath, sugar cravings, skin problems, and diarrhea seemed very significant to me. The book also describes other medicinal plants' positive effects on health and well-being.
I appreciate how Dr. Gustavo Kinrys addressed anxiety in terms that are clear and practical. He provided illustrations when talking about how to instill in the patient good self-talk. The author first discussed anxiety in great detail. I love how he offered treatments. I like the fact that he discussed stress in great detail before offering treatments. I enjoyed the book from beginning to end. My comprehension of what I was reading was enhanced by the writing style. The solutions appeared more logical as a result of this.
This book taught me a lot of things. It demonstrated to me that internal problems rarely result in conflict. Tension is caused by perception. In order to reduce your stress level, you must be honest with yourself. Denial, I learned, can have negative effects. I have had some experience with cognitive distortion. However, I didn't understand it before reading this book. I like how the author discussed anxiety symptoms other than those that have been heavily publicized in the media. Even though anxiety is well-known, this book taught me a lot about it that I didn't know. The author continued by describing how mental stress can manifest physically as symptoms that could seem to require medical treatment, such as breathing problems or chest pain.
This book does not have any negative aspects. I did not encounter errors while reading this book. Therefore, it was exceptionally well-edited. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to people who are battling issues of stress and anxiety. Those without said issues can also benefit from the wealth of knowledge in this book.
