Review of A Dream For Peace
I'm glad I decided to read Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's seventeen-chapter book, A Dream For Peace. It is a book that describes the author's lifestyle, covering social, political, and economic facets. This book's author is an Algerian citizen. During the colonial era, he was born in the nation's northern region. The narrative takes a while to get going, but when it does, the events (which date back to the author's birth) evolve.
The author briefly but accurately explains the family he was born into. Notwithstanding its economic difficulties, he claims that his family was a happy place to be born. He mentions his educational background in addition to his family history. He describes, for instance, how he had a successful and colorful academic career at every level. The author also discusses his liberation efforts both inside and outside of Algeria in this book. For instance, when studying overseas, he formed liberation movements with other students to combat racism and other social ills.
I read Dr. Berrah's memoir, and I can say that it is a moving and influential work of literature. I gave it a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars due to several factors. These elements include the story's veracity, the writing's excellent execution, and its flawlessness (there were no errors). The grammar was perfect, and the words were spelled appropriately. Nothing could prevent me from giving this memoir book a perfect score. Aside from being well-written, the prologue contained insightful information about the book.
The author of this novel alternated between first-person and third-person viewpoints. Nonetheless, the third-person viewpoint was frequently employed. This book included pictures of the author at various times during the events that were mentioned in the narrative. The plot and the book's title rhyme. The cover was fantastic and beautifully made. Honestly, there was not a single component of this book that I disliked. The narrative in this book is, as was previously stated, motivational enough to move mountains.
The seventeen chapters of this book covered a wide range of topics. For instance, the first chapter did a good job of highlighting the themes of love, parenting, education, racial segregation, and religion. Also amazing and enlightening was the introduction. This book provided a thorough account of the author's background. I would recommend anyone who enjoys reading memoirs to pick up this book. Also, this book is recommended for those who enjoy reading about politics and liberty.
