The Beautiful Business is an exciting and resourceful book by Steven@matterco.co. The book comprises nine chapters. In the book, the author takes us through different topics on how to create and ensure that one's beautiful business is flourishing. The various issues include business evolution, the evolving leaders, and the entrepreneur as maker, craftsman, and artist, among other topics. This book is beneficial, especially to businesspeople, because the author has used his expertise and skills to put it together. Steve is an author, advisor, and speaker through which he helps organizational leaders build beautiful brands and cultures. He has also worked with business leaders from successful brands such as Amazon and Samsung, which explains why the book came out so perfectly and was quite informative.

The Beautiful Business by Steven@matterco.co has quite a number of positive aspects. The book has a significant impact on business people because they learn different hacks on how to run and manage their businesses successfully despite the challenges that come along the way. Besides that, the book teaches us that people we meet and encounter in our daily endeavors positively impact our lives if we take them seriously. An example is the author's art teacher, Mr. Bartoli's encouragement which began shaping the author's part of his identity years later. Also, we learn from the book that business doesn't evolve overnight. It takes time before it does. It's just a matter of time before a beautiful business can be developed, no matter where it is right now.

Reading this book, I didn't come across any negative aspects. The book was fascinating, and it had so many lessons to learn from, especially for business people. For example, we learn from the book that good leadership skills largely contribute to the performance of a business.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because the author incorporated some questions that probe a reader to think critically and want to learn more about the topic. Links were included in the book for readers to read further for more information on the given topics, i.e., the links on B Corp and Benefit corporation. Also, the book was well-edited, and I came across fewer than ten errors. Last but not least, the author used simple language that all readers can easily understand. I, therefore, had no reason to deduct a star from the rating.

This book is suitable for readers whose minds are business-oriented and business owners or those who are planning to start their businesses.

Your review includes many of the book's distinguishing factors.
Well done and I really enjoyed reading it even though this is not my favorite genre.
Life is hard on its own so let's make it easier for each other if we could.
