A Dream for Peace, written by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, is a nonfiction book. In this book, readers are given a concise summary of Ghoulem Berrah's life. We learned that since he was a student, Ghoulem has been battling for Algeria's independence. Readers can see this because he actively participated in politics while also studying science because he wanted to ensure that his country was free from its colonial oppressors. The author also talked about how he opposed racism for moral reasons. The author put up a lot of effort to ensure that everyone could live in freedom. Since he was a small boy, Berrah has been a peace campaigner. He is committed to establishing peace as well as abolishing racism and colonialism. In order to bring peace, the author had to successfully navigate a number of challenges along the way.

Remembrances of discussions and occurrences are detailed in the memoir. In describing his life, job, and personal interests, the author is quite open and honest. He is not afraid to convey how much he cherishes his marriage and their shared existence. I like the author's thorough description of his life. A reader's ability to follow the plot is aided by the book's use of simple language. Furthermore, I like the book's use of illustrations to improve the narrative flow. When discussing his family and their ideals, the author paid particular attention to detail, which I found to be really impressive. It is extremely touching to see how close Dr. Berrah is to his mother.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book; it was intriguing and informative. Although the book was way too long, and I couldn't pronounce some words, apart from that, I had fun reading this book, and I'm glad I came across it. The author's ability to deftly create emotions through his writing is one of the qualities of this book that I value the most. I was engrossed in Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's personal journey and his accounts of his childhood in Algeria under French colonial control from the very beginning. He is inspirational and motivating because of his capacity to overcome challenges and realize his goals.

I am rating this book, A Dream for Peace, 5 out of 5 stars because it was fascinating and easy to read. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it. Therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.

I suggest this book to everyone who enjoys reading autobiographies.
