A Dream for Peace, written by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, is a memoir. The author was born in a small town in Algeria when his country was still a French colony. He was the mother's lone living son and was born into a polygamous family. His mother made sure he had access to everything, notably education. The author lost his father when he was quite young. He received a scholarship to further his medical studies in France. He encountered a lot of hostility while pursuing his education in France, but because he was an opinionated individual, he refused to submit to oppression and spoke up for himself. Furthermore, he led and joined many revolutionary organizations, furious at the repeated prejudice. Despite all of his revolutionary actions, he eventually succeeded in achieving his goal of becoming a doctor and then a professor. Despite all of his accomplishments, he continued to battle against discrimination in Africa.

The book is motivating since it makes the reader feel many good things. I'm eager to do it. The book's structure has been tailored as much as possible to the reader so that he can quickly comprehend what the author is discussing and quickly comprehend the happenings. The accompanying pictures made it simpler for the reader to comprehend everything and helped their imaginations function more effectively. I enjoyed this book since it contained amusing anecdotes that made reading more enjoyable. The slow-moving plot was given life by the employment of rambling metaphors. I really appreciate how inspirational quotes are incorporated into the content.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book; it was insightful and inspiring. Although the book was too long, apart from that, it was a great book, and I enjoyed reading it. I must admit that I really enjoyed this book. I was astonished by the author's bravery. It piqued my interest to read about the struggles he underwent for the sake of peace. I found both inspiration and interest in his life's work and the part he played in decolonization.

The way he fought for peace is something to be admired. I enjoyed this memoir from the beginning to the end. I am rating this book, A Dream for Peace, 5 out of 5 stars because it was well-written and engaging to read. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it. Therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.

I recommend this book to diplomats and anybody with an interest in resolving disputes.
