The Beautiful Business is a book designed for leaders and business owners. Steve discusses nine chapters well explained on how to become a more self-aware leader and individual. Throughout the book he cites examples that relate to topics at hand. The book helps solopreneur and entrepreneurs take control of their lives and businesses it creates an entertaining process in which they can continually excel and evolve. In the nine chapters, the book mainly discusses the disadvantages of lacking conscious, self- aware and evolved leaders. When faced with the question why own a business? Most people expect and believe the correct answer to be profit making, but through reading this book that perception changes and the answer automatically changes too.

Some of the positive perspective about the book are; the book educated on how owning beautiful business needs an entrepreneur to be self-aware, have achieved full humanness- power, and have high character. It focuses not only on personal growth but how leaders can build and make the world a better place by not only concentrating on growing their business but also paying attention to how clients feel about their products. The book also cites examples on how you can measure personal growth by answering the asked questions and ensuring the answers get better each day.
I had a good experience reading the book therefore no negative aspects on the book.

I rate this book five out of five stars because it was professionally edited and has no errors. The reason I consider the book should have a five out of five rating is because while reading the book I learnt a lot and believe that my perspective on business has changed which displays growth. Moreover, I believe that the book will be of great help to any business leader or individual that decides to read the book.

This book is highly recommend for entrepreneurs and business leaders. It gives guidance on how owners can attain personal growth as well as great leadership skills and apply in their businesses. It gives new perspective on how to access and operate beneath industrial system,enhances the importance of business that is more than high profit levels, and provides procedures on how to build a beautiful business as well as become good and reliable leaders.
