I was a bit skeptical about reading such a type of book because I thought I would be bombarded with business jargon, but to my surprise, I could follow what the author, Jeremy Blain, is enlightening us on.

I think, this book is relatable to anyone who wants to take charge in any area of their lives as well as those in senior positions who want the best way to start or maintain sustainable businesses and institutions, especially as the world is swiftly moving into the inevitable 4th industrial revolution.

Personally, through the interviews with leaders of different companies and the step by step clear guidelines in The Inner CEO, I now have clarity on what to be in the look out for in terms of innovations, investments or new career paths or even how to manage a home with millennial teens, in this new AI era. And, that has given a sense of calm.

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars and 4 out 5 stars.
