Review of Bluewater Walkabout
Tina Dreffin is an author, motivational speaker, global traveler, circumnavigator, cancer survivor, and supporter of women's concerns. Tina Dreffin is a well-known travel writer. She may have released the most interesting memoir I have seen in a while. This book details her family's journey to a crime-ridden place in South Africa.
Bluewater Walkabout: Into Africa is a true life story and personal account of Tina Dreffin's adventure to South Africa. Peter is Tina's husband, whom she met on one of her adventures; they got married and had two sons, Adam and Warren. Together with her family, they embark on a journey to South Africa. In this book, the author lists the hardships her family experienced, but she also details how their bond was able to keep them going through all the trials they had with sea creatures.
The peace that came with me reading this book was second to none; I loved almost every bit of it. Firstly, the author added a reference at the end of the book, which I felt was very informative; she provided networks, hotlines, and websites that could help rape victims. What this author did with that reference is going to help victims of sexual assault. She also dropped an informative message for people who had suffered from a miscarriage and for cancer victims. Secondly, I was really into the cover of this book; that was very attractive. Finally, the content of this story was amazing. The story had authenticity, flexibility, formality, and comprehension. I found this book to be very easy to understand. Some flashbacks wanted to spoil the rhythm, but the author knew how to control the flashbacks, and she kept them to a minimum throughout the book.
The only problem I had with this book was the errors; I think having it further proofread will help with that. This book underwent professional editing.
I will rate Bluewater Walkabout: Into Africa by Tina Dreffin 5 out of 5 stars. The narrative was awesome, the story was very informative, and the editorial aspect was good, although it had a few errors. After much analysis of this book, I don't think I have a reason to deduct a star.
There are many victims of sexual abuse out there, and my first recommendation will go to them. They will be able to connect with the author and also learn the necessary information they need. My best recommendation will go to memoir lovers and anyone who loves adventure books.
