Review of A Dream For Peace
Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's autobiography is A Dream For Peace: An Ambassador Memoir. He was born in Ain Beida, in the province of Constantine, in Algeria's eastern department. Algeria was then under French colonial rule. Hamadi Berrah was his father, and Lalla Zebiba was his mother. His father was a Saighi tribesman who was both proud and humble. He lost his father when he was young. Despite the discrimination he faced, his mother encouraged him to strive for success. In France, he was studying medicine. There, he became involved in student demonstrations against racial discrimination and for the independence of many African countries. The author goes into great detail about his life in this book, including how he was arrested, went to jail, was heartbroken, his marriage, and his life accomplishments. Discover what stories the author is attempting to tell.
This book contains a great deal of prejudice, which strengthens Ghoulem's resolve to eradicate racism and all forms of discrimination. I admired his struggle and fight for his homeland's freedom. It demonstrates his determination and hard work. His goal of resolving every conflict peacefully is a classic solution. Many top countries are currently revolving around such a solution to avoid war and disaster. The writing style in this book is distinctive and excellent. The book is written in such a way that the reader follows the development of the main character and feels everything the main character feels. This story contains numerous experiences and stories with which the reader can identify. Racism is still prevalent in our society and has ruined many careers. Themes such as racism continue to exist in our society and have ruined many careers and lives, but following in the author's footsteps to deal with such issues will keep you motivated.
There wasn't much I didn't like about this wonderful memoir. The book is lengthy, with many words and stories to remember, but it did change my outlook on life. There were some political grammatical terms that I found difficult to understand, but they also served as a way for me to broaden my knowledge.
The inclusion of photographs, the plot's narrative structure, and the emotions in this book earn this book 5 out of 5 stars from me. The book is exceptionally well-edited and error-free. This book inspired me to learn more about the author and the extraordinary things he accomplished.
Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is one of those rare people. I applaud him for his efforts to promote peace. He is one of those people I admire who worked tirelessly for African independence. I recommend this book to people who enjoy memoirs, history, and nonfiction.
