Review of Surviving the Business of Healthcare
If you have been looking for a book on healthcare, then you need to worry less because Surviving the Business of Healthcare is what you need. This book was written by Barbara Galutia Regis, PA-C. It is a self-help book that enlightens readers about the importance of the healthcare system.
Barbara Galutia Regis was a successful teacher who changed paths to become a physician. She is a physician with over 20 years' experience. Barbara's father was also a physician and one of the few healthcare providers in their community. She is from a lineage of medical practitioners. Barbara followed in the footsteps of her father. Barbara grew up in Pennsylvania. Barbara decided to educate the public about the business of healthcare due to her passion for her profession. In this book, she wrote about health insurance, primary care providers, and the ways we can get access to healthcare services at a cheap price. However, in the last chapter, Barbara was diagnosed with cancer, and she transitioned from being a healthcare provider to being a patient. Was she able to overcome this? Grab a copy of this book to find out.
Learning about healthcare is important to mankind, as it helps us understand the importance of the healthcare sector and the role it plays in assisting us to live a healthy life. The information provided by the author was well detailed and easy to understand. I really enjoyed reading the book, as it was very informative. I learned a lot from the book. The author gave a clear picture of what it looks like to be a healthcare provider and a patient. I love how the author advocates for the need to get health insurance. She discovered that those without insurance were ripped off, so she wants to prevent the continuation of such an act. I also appreciate Barbara for providing information on how we can get access to healthcare services at a cheap price. I am certain that if readers follow the author's instructions, they won't find it difficult to gain access to proper healthcare services.
This book was perfectly written. I didn't find anything wrong with the book. I felt bad that medical practitioners exploit ignorant patients just because they have no knowledge about healthcare. I also felt bad that Barbara was diagnosed with cancer despite being a primary care provider. I also commend her efforts made during research to gather the information contained in the book.
I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. I gave it a perfect rating because of the positive aspects of the book. I found errors in the book. This shows that it was exceptionally well edited. I recommend this book to healthcare workers and to those who love healthcare books because they would learn a lot from it.
