Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide, is a book written by Gustavo Kinrys MD, and Alexandra Good MA. It has 132 pages and ten chapters. This book talks about anxiety and stress, alongside a lot of other emotions that are related to them. Each chapter of the book gives insights into the physical, mental, and emotional signs and symptoms of the mentioned emotions. Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress also talks of the ways these various emotions could be corrected or maintained. This may be via therapy, drugs, and so on. The drugs that can be taken to help were listed as well as advice on how they can be taken. Some natural behavioral adaptations that could help maintain anxiety and stress were mentioned as well. This book is a very helpful and educating read.

The brilliance of this book is amazing. I love this book for a lot of reasons. First, it was easy to read and understand. The writers’ choice of words was excellent and I did not get confused trying to understand. I do suffer from anxiety so I could relate to a lot that was written in this book. I found it super helpful and I learned a lot of things from it. The writers are either very good with words or their editors deserve a raise. I could not find even one error in this book. This book was perfectly edited. I also like the fact that there were some links in the book to help with further research, I also found that super thoughtful of the authors.

I did not see anything wrong with this book. It was perfect.

I rate this book five out of five stars. This is because I genuinely enjoyed this book. It was a nice and easy read. I learned a lot of things from the book and the absence of errors of any kind made the book even easier to read. I found the examples and illustrations given by the authors very relatable. These examples could be easily understood by anxiety patients.

I recommend this book to all those like me suffering from anxiety. I also recommend this book to therapists as well as medical practitioners who are in positions to talk to people daily about depression, anxiety, and stress. Teachers and mental health enthusiasts are also not excluded. Generally, this book should be read by everyone so that everyone can have an idea of how to treat and handle people with these issues.
