Since nobody, not even the government, would handle your funds for you in this day and age, it is crucial that you take full responsibility for them and make future plans. Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer typically explores this subject. The need to balance retirement plans inspired the writing of this book. According to the author, there are two types of thoughts that have merit: those of the right brain and those of the left brain. According to him, the right brain only provides information about the few prosperous retirees and how they are able to overcome obstacles and become successful. While the left brain is preoccupied with the need to prepare retirement plans, the right brain is focused on how to overcome hurdles and yet make something for oneself. He said that both sides were biased because they failed to examine the opposing viewpoint; as a result, he felt compelled to confront this urgent problem of balancing reality and tradition, giving rise to the book Reconfigurement. This book serves as a guide to anticipating your retirement needs by emphasizing the significance of the following topics in each chapter: income, career, healthcare, investments, old age, trusts, Medicare, and 401(k) plans. According to the author, only 34% of Americans are contributing to their 401(k) accounts, despite the fact that 79% of Americans have one. He added that many Americans are forced to work in professions they despise. Pick up a copy of this book and learn how to choose a career path that suits you.

This excellent guide to insurance policies can be found in E. Alan Fleischauer's book. It dive into the nitty-gritty of insurance policies and retirement plans. The author, who has over 20 years of experience as a licensed financial counselor, drew on his extensive expertise and knowledge of working with individuals and organizations to create this masterpiece. While explaining each chapter to a layman with limited knowledge, he was clear and descriptive. He discusses the problem that affects every American and every other nations in general. This book provides readers with important life planning advice, proving the adage, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" to be true. It also teaches one on the need to create a working budget for your income, which will make it easier to keep tabs on your spending and make sure you have an explanation for it.

The way the author solved each enigma in the book struck me as its most notable feature. I found the way the author solved each riddle to be the most interesting aspect of the book. In cases where you are unable to work because of a sickness or accident, he suggested an insurance plan for incapacity. The 529 plan, which allows you to set up a trust to pay for your grandchildren's college tuition, was one of his many schemes that most resonated with me, and I started to consider it along these lines. When my grandkids learn that their grandmother was so foresighted that she made plans for their future, how will they react? This is a positive development, in fact.

The book was beautifully written by the author; it is an educational book, but I didn't find it engaging because it was too technical and formal, despite the author's attempts to add humor to it. Reading it was tedious. I encountered a few errors while reading it, which indicates that it was professionally edited.

I'll give this book a rating of four out of five stars because of the reasons I've stated above. I couldn't rate it any less because of the overwhelming benefits associated with reading this book. I will suggest this book to anyone who is interested in finding out more about selecting the right insurance plan to buy because it will help them plot their course and give them guidance. If you consider taking strategic planning and deliberate action seriously, this is a must read for you.
