Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleishaur is a nonfiction self-help book about finance. The goal of this book is to clarify for readers what has to be done to prepare for retirement. This book is an engaging and educational read with significant quotes and a sprinkle of humor. It focuses on two subjects: different insurance plans to be aware of and investing tactics. It also presents a variety of questions to get readers to consider their talents and figure out the decisions in life that will make them feel the happiest. Every topic discussed in the book is highly pertinent and advantageous to all readers. The author skillfully explains complicated concepts, such as Roth IRAs or 401(k) plans, in a clear-cut and engaging way that not only efficiently provides crucial information but also keeps readers interested. The book is also stuffed with helpful references that may be used to learn more about any particular subject.

What I liked about this book is that I learned a lot, particularly about retirement preparation and personal growth. I was aware of the best investment options for retirees as well as the best methods for securing income after retirement. The author also makes recommendations for alternative healthcare options, insurance policies, and the best ways to save money for retirement. Even though I'm a long way from retirement, I found the author's ideas on financial planning, grabbing opportunities, and using them as a turning point in your life to be persuasive. Reconfigurement is an interesting and useful book to read.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book; it was well-written and informative to read. Even with such a potentially intimidating subject, the writing was highly readable. It was lighthearted and chatty, but very direct. The inclusion of other retirees' first-hand accounts gave the author's message legitimacy and underscored how urgent the topic was. By reading this book, you will learn how to manage your life from someone who genuinely knows what they are talking about.

The few charts and tables in the book were all easy to read and understand. I enjoyed the extensive tests and questions offered at the book's conclusion since they were insightful, thought-provoking, and entertaining. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it; therefore, it was exceptionally well edited. As a result, I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to people who seek to plan for their retirement.
