Meditating is one of the wisest choices a person can make in life. The single habit that, with regular practice, may quickly help us perceive the beauty in and around us is meditation. To reap these glorious benefits of meditation, here is a book that not only claims such benefits but has the authority and knowledge to impart them to you in the most accessible way possible. Richard L. Haight's The Warrior's Meditation is a practical, step-by-step guide to meditation that is free of the constraints of form and tradition. Richard defines meditation as an act beyond the traps of our external environment. In his book, he says that meditation is the sense of clarity that comes from deeply integrated present-moment awareness. Read The Warrior's Meditation by Richard L. Haight to achieve this everlasting reservoir of clarity and calmness, explained in the simplest way possible.

There are many positives in this book. Firstly, I appreciate the author’s intentions of sharing his knowledge in a way that makes it as easy as possible for everyone to understand this book. Richard has backed his lessons with scientific explanations, a reference sheet for advanced terminology, methodically explained techniques that are akin to basic experiments, and a video of himself doing those techniques. This book's extensive list of tips and resources assists readers in making the most of this subject. It also goes on to show Richard's dedication to benefiting his audience.

Other than the general enthusiasm of the author to share his knowledge, I liked the 30-day trial he gives with this book for the readers. The free 30-day guided meditation training with Richard L. Haight is an excellent way for readers to experience the zen calmness that the author discusses in his book while under his tutelage. Because Richard makes some significant claims in The Warrior's Meditation, I believe this is an excellent opportunity for me as a reader to determine whether what Richard claims in his book is accurate.

I have a minor negative point, and it is related to my previous positive comment. It is about Richard's claim regarding drastic levels of power attainment after practicing the TEM meditation technique. As a new reader and a novice in meditation, these big promises sound too good to be true. I started this book with enough skepticism because of these unrealistic claims, but I will not deduct any stars for them as the author has provided enough arbitrage for the readers to trust him. The 30-day guided meditation program under his leadership is a testament that the claims are not mere words spouted by Richard L. Haight. As I continued reading this book and practicing meditation as he explained, I wholeheartedly accepted his claims and gained confidence in his knowledge.

I rate The Warrior’s Meditation, written by Richard L. Haight, 5 out of 5 stars. I liked how the book broke the myth that meditation has to be a retreat from life and instead made us capable of experiencing what life throws at us while we are experiencing it. These little positives are the foundation of a great book. I only found one minor error, so it is safe to say the book was well-edited.

I recommend Richard L. Haight's The Warrior's Meditation to anyone who wants to live a healthier, more vibrant, clear, inspired, and authentic life. Following the practices outlined in this book will help such people achieve these aims. Also, The Warrior's Meditation is ideal for people using meditation to become better teachers, students, parents, children, spouses, friends, employers, or employees. Reading this book will only help you become a more capable and integrated version of yourself than you would be otherwise. Have fun with meditation!
