Review of A Dream For Peace
The oppressed must demand freedom since it is not something the oppressor will give them freely; otherwise, freedom may never exist. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's book, A Dream for Peace, is about his life as a courageous freedom fighter and peace ambassador. In the eastern region of Algeria, where he spent his childhood, Dr. Ghoulem Berrah was born in 1938. His mother, who raised him, gave him a lot of love and encouragement throughout his education. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah has always been recognized for his commitment to learning, which led to his scholarship to study medicine in France.
When he started combating prejudice among the students while still in school, he realized his love for freedom struggles. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah rose to recognition as one of the leading activists for his nation's liberation. Sadly, though, his enthusiasm for fighting for his country's freedom forces him to depart France as a wanted felon. He found his way to America, where he continued his education at an American university and eventually earned a Ph.D. in microbiology. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah has achieved success not just in the medical area but also in politics, where he served as a president's advisor and was instrumental in promoting international harmony.
The depth of history covered by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah in this book is what I like most about it. I have learned a lot from him about the history of Algeria and other parts of Africa. Additionally, I admire how intelligent the author is, since resolving a conflict between nations requires a high level of intelligence. I am impressed by the part he played in the Israel-Palestine conflict. The author's way of life really does impress me. He is certainly a man who loves his country with all of his heart, and I admire his zeal in the struggle for Algeria's liberation. Dr. Ghoulem Berrah served as a source of inspiration for me to never give up in the face of difficulties. I also appreciate the author's superb writing and narration abilities for making this book so straightforward.
The photographs that are included in this book seem to be a good idea and a good demonstration of what the author is trying to communicate. It is wonderful to find this book to be error-free, which makes it easily readable and understandable. There is no doubt that this book has been expertly edited. Having read this book, I see it as a great work of literature and as a great source of knowledge. I'm pleased to report that I have no dislike for this book.
I'm happy to recommend this book to young readers interested in non-fiction books who are willing to learn from and get motivated by the life experience of a successful individual. Additionally, readers who enjoy historical-related books are also welcome to read this book because it is full of historical information that they will find useful. I give this excellently written, flawlessly edited book, which is packed with motivational insights and a wealth of historical detail, a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.
