A Dream for Peace is a nonfiction book written by Ghoulem Berrah with 17 chapters and 644 pages about the author's life. The incidents, dialogue, actions, and characters are drawn from the early life experience of the author. In this book, we are taken on a journey exploring various inviting subjects like love, religion, war, death, determination, and many other enjoyable themes. In his book, Dr. Ghoulem Berrah discusses his extraordinary life story. He shares his successes and failures with his readers, providing them with inspiration and other qualities necessary for success.

He was raised under French colonialism after being born in Algeria and before attending medical school in France. He started taking part in student protests for Algeria's independence. The book exposes the brutal truth of colonization and its ramifications, particularly in Algeria. The narrative demonstrates how the author grows up and valiantly battles for his civil rights as well as those of his fellow Africans in the difficult environment he was always forced to live in from childhood into adulthood. This book also discusses and shares the author's love life and religious beliefs. For information on the author's many strategies for ending conflicts and promoting peace, pick up the book.

This book has a lot of qualities that I find admirable. I am inspired by the author's character. I anticipate Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's influence on my life coming from the attributes he possessed. What I admire about him is that he is a motivated, thoughtful, and astute leader. Another thing I like is that the book distinguished itself from other autobiographies due to its captivating writing style and the inclusion of photographs of the majority of the people mentioned in the book. It provided me with the images I need when I think about them or when they are addressed in the book.

This book is exceptionally well edited and can also act as a guide, mostly to politicians. Violence is not the only way to win wars. I did not find much to dislike in this book, but I did not like how long the book is. I felt like some scenes were not necessary and only made the book long, but I will not deduct a star for this. Because of the joy I derived from reading this book, I give it the full rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to anyone who has come of age to read and understand and also has an interest in historical nonfiction novels to read Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's book.
