Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a book about retirement among Americans. It begins with a description of the concept of planning for retirement, which he defined as a turning point. He applied a story about Ed, for example, to show that a lot of people need retirement plans. His suggestions for that include going for insurance using assessments and using career aptitude assessments. He defined work value assessments, software, web tools, and recommended the use of insurance.

This book has something to teach when you read it, it teaches entrepreneurship as another working measure to the conventional jobs of our time, with examples of people that retire after having an entrepreneurial breakthrough. He showed in the story that many Americans went into online enterprises because of the pandemic, and that a lot of  Americans turned to internet entrepreneurs as a result. The book tells the reader a lot of steps that help in planning for retirement. The book comes in simple language and is not too difficult for the reader. It is a book that describes the retirement system of the American people.

There are no negative aspects for the reader since it teaches one to plan.  A notable thing about this book is how it explains the American tax and financial system, especially if you do not know much about how the system works. Its contemporary approach to retirement analysis
makes the book an epic.

My rating for this book is 3 out of 4 stars since the
author is efficient in writing the book. This book did not undergo professional editing, but that does not undermine how efficient this book is, in teaching both non-Americans and Americans about retirement and the pandemic,  and that they can plan a way out.

The book is for those who want to plan their retirement, either as 9-5 workers
or as online entrepreneurs. It is for those who want to understand the system of American retirement, and the measures they can use for planning it. The solutions in this book are not suitable only for the retired,  but for those who plan it. This book efficiently describes retirement. The ones who wish to know more about the effects of the pandemic on the working system of Americans will see it as a nice read. This is with those who need resources on different work-from-home jobs they can handle since the author gave such resources at the book's end.
