Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress, written by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, MA, is a non-fiction book that explains natural ways of relieving stress and anxiety. Stress is how the body responds to external conditions and sometimes leads to physical and mental strain, meaning that the symptoms can be physical and mental. The physical symptoms are chest pain, difficulty swallowing, and sleep disorder. Many people experience anxiety disorders such as panic attacks which causes headaches and shortness of breath. The authors explain ways of handling stress and anxiety, such as taking medications and behavioral modification techniques. Behavioral modification techniques involve the patients learning to reduce stress and anxiety by changing the way they think. If you are interested in natural ways of reducing stress and anxiety, read this book and find out.
The book had many positive aspects, which made the book enjoyable to read. I liked the educative information the authors assembled since it was pleasant. They presented the information well in the book since they knew that stress and anxiety disorders are normal for people. The authors avoided profanities and erotic scenes, ensuring readers concentrated without distractions to gain as much information as possible. Profanities or erotic scenes would have made the presentation of information difficult.
I did not find anything to dislike in the book since it was great. The authors used simple language to present the information in the book, which I admired. The flow was great since the authors started by providing background information on stress and anxiety before going into details. The authors also ensured that the book wasn't long since many people do not have time to read long novels. Since it was great in every aspect, I found nothing to dislike.
I rate Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, MA, four out of four stars. The book was exceptionally well-edited; hence, I found no errors. The book had many positive aspects, and it did not have negative aspects. The authors presented the information in a great way and used simple language understood by everyone. With all these great things about the book, it would be unfair to deduct a star; hence, the rating.
I recommend this book to anyone interested in knowing effective ways of handling stress and anxiety. It would be helpful since the book discusses effective ways of handling stress, such as using medications and behavioral techniques. The authors presented the information well; hence, you can easily find it.
