Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a highly educational book about the importance of making deliberate life changes and adjustments at any stage of life, with the intent to create a bright and expected future. The book teaches in depths that planning one's finances very early is paramount to a sustainable and secured retirement. Proper financial planning will require one to reconfigure different aspects of his or her life effectively in order to reap optimal benefits in the future. Serve yourself this book on a golden platter if you want to learn how to make fruitful decisions now to have an expected tomorrow.

The author, E. Alan Fleischauer tries to get the readers to understand that the ideologies we were taught of working in our young days to secure a good future actually requires more than just that. Life is uncertain and anything can happen at any point in time, hence, the book conveys how wise it is to engage in profitable investments and to have certain securities such as an income protection plan and a disability insurance which will be beneficial if we can no longer work or become disabled before retirement. The simplest things we overlook like choosing a career that is most suited for us, creating time to properly plan retirement, budgeting, even understanding social security and how it works can all make a meaningful difference in our quest to reconfigure.

I found everything about the book Reconfigurement to be positive. From beginning to end, the author reiterated on the many ways that readers can put the needful in place so that the future can be as stable and fruitful as we would love it to be. He amazingly gave real-life examples of different factors one should consider when planning ahead. At no point did i loose interest in reading the book, it was all so eye-opening and factual. I found nothing that i disliked about the book, as everything about it is educative and life inspiring. The author even provided links and book titles of external factors that would be useful to the readers on their journey through reconfiguring their lives. My favourite lessons from the book are about budgeting, investing and saving plans.

Though i found some grammatical errors and errors of omission through the course of reading this book, i found it to be professionally written and fairly edited. I therefore rate this book three out of four. The book serves its purpose of teaching readers explicitly how to plan ahead effectively and secure a great future, however, the errors found in the book deems it unfair to give it a perfect rating.

I recommend this book to every individual who is currently employed, and upcoming adults who will be getting on the job markets, who love real-life changing and educative books. I guarantee that every detail in this book, once put into practice, will definitely prepare you for whatever challenges the future holds, and will direct you to creating an expected fruitful life after retirement.
