The book was all about getting out from our sorrow or addiction and bringing our new self. The author have given a framework for getting rid of our past where we have suffered and misunderstood the facts of life. The author also advices us to talk to our younger self. Talk to the child version, Teen version and adult version to apologise them and give a new way of understandings and some good insights. The author also refers to make a group of people to know about what we are going through and make them either to read the book. Atlast this book gives a overview of a healing process of our heartset.

The insight I loved was the process of speaking to our own versions. That was really helpful when I tried them. That was really a great way of healing and starting a new beginning. I appreciate everyone to read this book because there are people who fake their smile.

Only one thing I disliked was the author did not concentrate more on provisioning a deep insight of healing but rather concentrated on marketing this book. The author should never mention about suggesting the book to the readers friends or the readers circle but the author did so.

I will give a rating of 3 out of 4. I felt good reading this book so, I would recommend this book to some of my friends.

I appreciate the people who are suffering from mental issues or stressed by their own activities to read this book. People who don't even know their issues but kinda feel something weird about themselves can read this book.I guess this will be useful.
