Seeking....Finding....Healing as written by Becky Lu Jackson, is indeed a good resource as it walks the journey with readers devoted to finding healing and inner peace by themselves. I was quickly drawn to the title of the book and picked it amongst many others partly because of the need to find healing and peace as an individual. This book is a perfect read for that individual who has been struggling with addictions or a family issue and would like to find genuine closure and healing by themselves. The book clearly highlights numerous experiences, road maps and case studies from others who have walked the journey of self-healing and succeeded. Much as the healing may not be instant, indeed am not the same person as before i came across this wonderful book.

Seeking....Finding....Healing contains a lot of illustrations and case studies to learn from many people who once struggled with addictions or family issues of some kind, who successfully healed and now live fulfilling lives. This gives a lot of hope and inspiration to readers with addictions who are willing to walk the journey to finding inner peace and healing and hence, live fulfilling lives.

The book adopts a spiritual connotation which may not be a good read for those who do not practice spirituality. Secondly, the book does not contain very basic English, so it may not be suitable for readers who have no proper grasp of the English language. Lastly the book contains a number of formatting mistakes which require to be corrected.

I rate this book 2 out of 4. The justification of rating 2 out 4 is because the book contains a few formatting errors which need to be corrected. Moreover, I find it not suitable for basic English readers, because they may find it difficult for them to read and understand the book well.

This book is suitable for Counselors or Therapists as they will gain more knowledge and skills on how to approach some of their client's issues after reading it. Secondly, Seeking…. Finding …Healing is very suitable for interested readers struggling with addictions. This is a perfect recommendation as the reader seeking genuine healing will be able to use the tools, experiences and case studies illustrated in the book to apply in their own healing journeys. Lastly, its suitable for Lecturers, researchers, writers in the fields of counselling as they will find valuable information worth using as reference materials in writing their journals, books or research papers.
However, this book is not suitable for basic English readers as they may find it difficult to understand it. In addition, it may not appeal to a section of readers who do not believe in Godly approaches to issues as the book embraces a Godly approach.
