Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
This book, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by talented author Gustavo Kinrys, M.D. is one of those books that you need in your life and it becomes very clear as soon as you start opening the pages. It is a handbook for anyone who has experienced anxiety or depression or both in their lives and is looking forward to a much more natural way to overcome it. The information that the author provides is supported by medical research that has been done over the years with many individuals.
There are so many side effects to anxiety and depression as they can cause real-life problems such as high blood pressure, mood imbalance, and even increased cholesterol as the author puts it. Dr. Gustavo Kinrys clearly knows what he is doing as he dives deep into Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, exercise, yoga, music, and many more ways one can use to deal with anxiety disorder. From the book’s tone, you can already tell that Dr. Gustavo has the patient’s interests at heart from how he discusses all these remedies and solutions to the problems. As much as the book is about natural relief, there is a chapter about prescription medication to help those who are not able to access any natural remedies for whatever reason.
The best part about this book, Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide, is that the author is not out to bore you with many explanations as he goes directly to the point. This is also very evident from the few pages and if you are listening to it as an audiobook, it will take you roughly 4 hours to finish it. The practicality of the steps to take while dealing with an anxiety disorder is something that we can all do. The book even goes ahead to list the types of food that one can take as a way to reduce and manage anxiety and stress levels.
Personally, I have had issues with anxiety, and dealing with depression and this book has more ways of dealing with the problem than I even knew about. There were no noticeable errors as the book was well edited and the grammar polished. I did not find any provocative language that would make anyone uneasy.
I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to go natural in dealing with anxiety and depression, either for themselves or their loved ones. It is one of the best ways to deal with such a huge problem that we always ignore.
