We all have dreams, but we should not be satisfied with just having them. We must strive to achieve all our goals. Sometimes it may seem that life is complicated and that the opportunities to excel are few. But Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute will give you the motivation to achieve any goal you set for yourself. Jeff Meyer uses his skills as coach and pastor to share advice and his life experiences. He expresses himself through many practical examples to give a lot of helpful lessons for everyday life and also explains how we can improve ourselves internally and socially. Jeff Meyer shows how to act in different situations to face our vulnerabilities and organize priorities to be more effective in achieving our goals.

I liked how Jeff Meyer used his anecdotes to give clear and practical examples. His way of expressing himself is very fluid. His narration is easy to follow, and his simple vocabulary allows any audience to read it. In addition, he adds activities to reinforce his ideas. Although he maintains a clear Christian stance, anyone can enjoy this book because the advice is for a healthier and more productive life.

Something I did not like about the content is that some topics become repetitive, while there are concepts explained insufficiently. For example, Jeff Meyer talks about the enneagram but does not give a precise reference, and other ideas simpler are taken more into account and are mentioned throughout several chapters.

Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute is a very great book. I know it will help many people. But from my perspective, you can find much of the content in other self-improvement books. If you are looking for how to create a better version of yourself, this book will be helpful to you. However, if you have read other self-improvement books, you will find many familiar ideas. Due to the construction, I give this book 3 out of 4 stars. This book is easy to read, but the arrangement and distribution of topics in this book could be more balanced.

Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute is a motivational book I recommend for people looking for a more positive attitude towards life. Teens and adults alike will be able to be inspired with great ease. Jeff Meyer will undoubtedly help many people get out of bad habits and get back on their way to happiness.
